One of the few farming cooperatives in Peru which has survived every reform with a successful communal and religious organization, situated at 25 miles from the city of Cajamarca. It is possible to do trekking or horseback riding with a local guide.

Ventanillas de Combayo (6 hours)
Situated at 20 miles from the city of Cajamarca, it constitutes the oldest and best conserved cemetery of the Cajamarca culture, with hundreds of tombs excavated in the rock of Combayo hill.

Horseback tour to Otuzco or Llacanora (3 hours)
